Credit Card Updates

As the world evolves, so do we. Through our Noble Forward initiative, we’re investing in new ways to serve you better while staying true to our community-first commitment. As part of this effort, we are making crucial credit card updates beginning April 28, 2025 to enhance your experience. Please read below to learn how these changes may impact you.

Rest assured, your card, all card information, recurring payments to merchants, and rates/fees will remain unchanged.

Important Information:

  • New Payment Address — Starting May 20, if you typically make your card payment by mail, it will need to be sent to a new address, provided on the monthly statement.
  • Rewards Points — If you have the MyRewards or Loyalty Rewards Visa Card, you’ll continue earning points with uChoose Rewards.
  • Digital Wallet Compatibility — Your card will remain compatible with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Payable in Card Control.
  • Account Name as Displayed in Online and Mobile Banking – The account name will change to a series of “Xs” followed by a few numbers. These numbers will not correspond with the numbers on your card; they are the new account (loan) number.
  • Monthly Statements — You will see a new look to your monthly Visa statement. Those who are signed up for e. Statements will receive their statements from a new email address: [email protected]. Please whitelist this address to ensure nothing ends up in your spam filters.

You can customize the name of the account (the custom name will appear when using online or mobile banking):

If you currently have a custom account name for your credit card, after April 28th, it will change as described above. To rename the account, follow the steps above.

How to Make a Payment:

  • Online and Mobile Banking
    • Transfer funds from your Noble checking or savings account in Card Control (transferring using the “Transfer” feature will no longer work, effective April 24th).
    • Transfer funds from an account outside of Noble to your Noble Visa in Card Control (transferring from the “External Transfer” feature will no longer work, effective April 24th).
  • Give us a call and we’ll transfer the funds from your Noble checking or savings to your Noble Visa.
  • Visit a branch.
  • Mail the payment using the new address, found on the monthly Visa statements (effective May 20th).

*Please note, if you typically make your Visa payment using the self-service payment features found on the “Make a Loan Payment” page on the website, effective April 24th, that option will no longer be available.

Card Control Features:

Over the next few months, the Card Control feature, found inside online and mobile banking, will become the hub for all of your Visa related needs.

Downtime Notices:

Thursday, April 24 after 5pm through Monday, April 28 – payments to your Visa account made in online or mobile banking will not be accepted. Payments made over the phone or in the branch during normal hours will be accepted and will be applied to the Visa account on Monday, April 28. We encourage you to make your April payment no later than the 23rd. In addition, any Visa loan changes such as limit increases, will not be able to be made.

Thursday, April 24, 2025 – online and mobile banking will be unavailable from 7 pm – 10 pm. After online and mobile banking are back up, the Visa account will not be visible. Once the updates have been completed on Monday, April 28, the Visa account will be visible, with a new look, as noted above.

Friday, April 25 – Tuesday, April 29: The branches will be unable to issue any credit or debit cards (on the spot).

*Scammer alert – whenever change occurs, scammers often take advantage of the opportunity to trick consumers. Please remain diligent during these next several months and remember, Noble will never:

  • Call, text, or email you asking to provide ANY account or personal information including:
    • Your account number
    • Your card number
    • Your online or mobile banking credentials
  • Call, text, or email you asking to transfer funds (this is a very common approach scammers take).
